I was a loyal automatic customer for 10+ years.
I called to get a delivery because we ran out of oil.
I logged in to my account and to my surprise we were behind on our payments for a few months. I wasn't notified at all so I had no clue. So while logged in I paid the total outstanding balance and called for a delivery.
That's when I found out that I had been grossly over paying constantly for years. The asked me to pay $300 upfront to lock in at $5 bucks a gallon. The same day I got a quote from a full service oil company for $4.26.00 and a delivery the next day for $3.33.00.
Do not lull yourself to sleep with this company they will creep into your wallet.

I've been with Alliance Express for many years and they have always been excellent. In the past two days my furnace went down and they were available within the hour each time to correct the issues. The service people, on the phone and in person, are quick to respond, good-natured and professional.
I've had mediocre service from other companies in the past so finding a good company is such a relief. I can't say enough good things about them.
Darlene Dahlquist was very helpful in guiding me through my oil contract renewal. She was very professional and knowledgeable in options that Alliance offers, even going as far as scheduling my clean out.
Also big shout out to sales in helping me replace my oil tank.
Dear Alliance, I had the pleasure of speaking with Darlene today to review my upcoming CAP Pricing contract and I also had a few other questions for her. I was hoping that she would be the one to assist me since I have worked with her in the past and she is always incredibly helpful and kind; she explains everything so it is easy to understand, she includes all of the details, and she is always patient with all of my questions. She was also able to schedule my Burner cleanings and also put me in touch with the installation Coordinator regarding another question I had.

I have been a customer for over 20 years with Alliance Express. Every year Darlene Dahlquist spends time with me to create the best pricing possible for me. She spends time explaining my options and recommends to best plan. I have had zero issues with Alliance Express. Darlene customer service and knowledge is why I would recommend Alliance to everyone.
Spoke to Darlene D. At alliance oil. She was very helpful reviewing my payment options and scheduling appointment. Pleasant and patient answering my many questions. Extremely happy with the service.
Finally after a disappointing experience with Alliance, Katie of Customer Service helped correct a situation which never should have happened. She patiently listened as I explained that our appointment made in April of 2022 for service on October 18, 2023, had disappeared from their records. How could that be when a postcard confirming that appointment was sent to us? I then called to confirm, and was told without explanation that there was no such appointment. We have never before had any type of poor customer service before in all the years we have been with Alliance.
So, being at a total loss, I called again and Katie answered. Despite my anger, she was pleasant, very patient, and understanding. Quickly she set up a new appointment, one for each burner on the same day.
Alliance is fortunate to have Katie as I was on the brink, after being Alliance customers for decades, of cancelling our business with them. Katie understood our problem, and immediately remedied the problem. She has my gratitude and respect!! And, Alliance continues to have our business.
